General Recommendations

I met Charlotte as a participant in my ‘Strengths Performance Coach’ workshop. I quickly realised that I could learn as much from her as she could from me. Strengthsfinder training only added to her already impressive talent as a coach and I came to see her as as a values based, genuine and skilled facilitator of change. She has the ability to quickly develop rapport with people, and get to the heart of the issue that brings them to coaching. On the practical side she is responsible, confident and focused. Her non-judgemental attitude, wealth of information, and sense of humour make her a pleasure to work with. I recommend her for any organisation or situation that requires people development, change management and coaching.

– Anita Alexander, Coaching Psychologist

Charlotte genuinely cares about the success of others and approaches everything she does with a high level of professionalism. She is deeply interested in ‘what makes people tick’ as the basis for finding the best possible outcome; and she is always thinking about ways in which she can be even better or add more value to the person she is working with. Above all though, she is the kind of person who never settles for anything less than giving her very best.

Life Coaching

I engaged Charlotte to provide me with the tools needed to change some deep-seated thought patterns and sub-conscious processes. Not only does Charlotte exceed my expectations each session, her knowledge and clear passion for what she does sparks a feeling of reassurance and excitement and a fundamental belief that things are changing for the better. One process I have found life-changing is the Inner Coach tracking and pacing process. This to me is a jolt of reality when emotions are unnecessarily sky-rocketing, and has made a substantial difference to my daily life and how I process anxious emotions. Charlotte, thank you, I am forever grateful for your time, your brain and your heart x.

I’m very thankful to Charlotte for her help in ‘pulling me out of a bit of a hole’ at recent times.  We did some trauma release work that has help to rewire my brain on some difficult past experiences so they have less hold and seem lighter and less serious. I also have new strategies going forward that can be used on the fly, and through repetition they are having noticeable benefits to how I relate to uncomfortable feelings.  Charlotte managed to point out and train me to interrupt some of my habits of dwelling on the past in a firm but compassionate way – which was needed.  As a result my inner voice is a lot more loving and friendly, and as such there is more peace.  Many thanks, Charlotte.

Coaching for Coaches

Charlotte is an exceptional coach and highly regarded NLP Practitioner which is why I attended her NLP business training workshop and found that she’s also an excellent trainer.  She quickly establishes group rapport, putting people at ease and connecting in with the goals of participants.  Her training is thorough, well structured and inspiring.  As a Supervisor I’ve found Charlotte’s style very affirming, supportive and challenging (in a good way!).  She quickly gets to the heart of the matter and empowers you to grow and feel more confident in your work.  I highly recommend Charlotte as a coach, supervisor and trainer.

– Michelle Dalley, Coach & Trainer

Charlotte is a central pillar in the NZ Neurolinguistics field with an outstanding reputation amongst her peers and her clients. The ‘Inner Critic to Inner Coach’ process designed by Charlotte is highly refined and designed with a intimate understanding of how the brain works and it’s potential for transformation. In my sixteen years of coaching and training, it’s up there with the best of techniques I’ve come across. I highly recommend Charlotte and her work.

Speaking & Training

Charlotte was engaged to run a series of lunch time workshops for our Health and Wellness Day for HP staff. Charlotte worked with us to turn our ideas into workshops that met our organisational outcomes. She ran two one hour sessions, under the topics: ‘a fresh perspective on busting stress’, and ‘how to be sleeping better sooner’. The sessions were engaging, interactive, and they provided tools and techniques that staff could easily implement into their lives. The day included a number of speakers and trainers, and subsequent staff feedback concluded that Charlotte’s sessions were extremely useful, and the most popular. So popular in fact we requested Charlotte repeat the sessions at another site. I wouldn’t hesitate to engage Charlotte again for our Organisational Development activities.

– Robynne Beach, Portfolio Manager

I recently engaged Charlotte as a guest speaker for FMG’s Technology & Change teams annual conference.
Charlotte’s slot was the feature spot on the agenda, focused on the Wellbeing of our 75+ employees, with a session designed to help our people recognise and deal with stress.
The team’s feedback on this session was nothing but positive – whilst some enjoyed the reminder of using already known breathing techniques, most picked up new skills that they could practically use in both personal and work situations.
I’d highly recommend engaging Charlotte – not only is this practical session invaluable for your people, Charlotte is also great at delivery, with an engaging, humorous and friendly style and an obvious passion and knowledge for the content covered.I’m happy to be contacted if anything further is required.
