Coaching for Coaches
I met Charlotte as a participant in my ‘Strengths Performance Coach’ workshop. I quickly realised that I could learn as much from her as she could from me. Strengthsfinder training only added to her already impressive talent as a coach and I came to see her as a values based, genuine and skilled facilitator of change. She has the ability to quickly develop rapport with people, and get to the heart of the issue that brings them to coaching. On the practical side she is responsible, confident and focused. Her non-judgemental attitude, wealth of information, and sense of humour make her a pleasure to work with. I recommend her for any organisation or situation that requires people development, change management and coaching.

Charlotte is an incredibly skilled and professional Coach who has fully applied herself to learning and understanding the Havening Techniques®. I have been privileged to be her Havening Supervisor for the past 18 months and have observed (through case study work) her depth of skill in using Havening. She has consistently demonstrated facilitating powerful transformation in a wide variety of client situations. If you’re interested in working with Havening or coaching in general, I absolutely recommend Charlotte as a skilled Practitioner and safe pair of hands.

Life Coaching
I’ve recently had some Havening Touch sessions with Charlotte and not only have I loved working with Charlotte again, but I’ve been impressed by the effectiveness of this gentle, engaging method. Havening Touch was a new concept to me, but I trust Charlotte’s treatment choices so gave it a go. Not only did it help my issue evaporate, but, as is always the case working with Charlotte, I got more than I bargained on – I got to understand what my brain and body was doing and how Havening Touch was changing that. I’ve come away with some additional tools for resilience building and areas of interest I want to pursue. I can highly recommend this approach, and working with Charlotte in general. She is a gifted therapist.

Working with Charlotte has been a transformative experience for me. Her coaching has been instrumental in helping me shift my mindset to effectively manage setbacks and build resilience. Thanks to her skilled coaching, my quality of life has improved, my anxiety has significantly reduced and my confidence has lifted.

Inner Critic to Inner Coach Process
Charlotte is a central pillar in the NZ Neurolinguistics field with an outstanding reputation amongst her peers and her clients. The ‘Inner Critic to Inner Coach’ process designed by Charlotte is highly refined and designed with a intimate understanding of how the brain works and it’s potential for transformation. In my sixteen years of coaching and training, it’s up there with the best of techniques I’ve come across. I highly recommend Charlotte and her work.
– David Savage, Leadership Collaboration Specialist
I was lucky enough to attend Charlotte’s “Inner Critic to Inner Coach workshop” and highly recommend it to Coaches who want a great technique to help empower their client’s thinking, as well as anyone who wants to deal with their own inner critic. Charlotte is a skilled trainer who uses humour, her expert knowledge and vast experience, with a good dose of empathy and compassion. You will come away from this workshop feeling equipped to help yourself, as well as others, take back control of critical thinking. I’ve been coaching for over 10 years and will definitely be adding this to my coaching toolkit.

Speaking & Training
Charlotte was engaged to run a series of lunch time workshops for our Health and Wellness Day for HP staff. Charlotte worked with us to turn our ideas into workshops that met our organisational outcomes. She ran two one hour sessions, under the topics: ‘a fresh perspective on busting stress’, and ‘how to be sleeping better sooner’. The sessions were engaging, interactive, and they provided tools and techniques that staff could easily implement into their lives. The day included a number of speakers and trainers, and subsequent staff feedback concluded that Charlotte’s sessions were extremely useful, and the most popular. So popular in fact we requested Charlotte repeat the sessions at another site. I wouldn’t hesitate to engage Charlotte again for our Organisational Development activities.
– Robynne Beach, Portfolio Manager
I recently engaged Charlotte as a guest speaker for FMG’s Technology & Change teams annual conference.
Charlotte’s slot was the feature spot on the agenda, focused on the Wellbeing of our 75+ employees, with a session designed to help our people recognise and deal with stress.
The team’s feedback on this session was nothing but positive – whilst some enjoyed the reminder of using already known breathing techniques, most picked up new skills that they could practically use in both personal and work situations.
I’d highly recommend engaging Charlotte – not only is this practical session invaluable for your people, Charlotte is also great at delivery, with an engaging, humorous and friendly style and an obvious passion and knowledge for the content covered.I’m happy to be contacted if anything further is required.
